Mentoring

Mentoring is often confused with Coaching.  This is simply because the process is very similar and indeed, a good mentor will be able to switch between coaching (the “how to” of a situation) and mentoring (the “what” of a situation).

The impact of mentoring can only be maximized when regular, scheduled and structured sessions are held.  The mentoring process should be largely driven by the needs of the mentee and our mentoring scheme "Sounding Board" puts the mentee firmly in the driving seat to help them achieve optimum benefit from participating.

So when you feel in need of an independent ear to help you explore your ideas in complete confidence give us a call or drop us an email for an informal discussion on the best way forward for your needs.  In the meantime, we've given you some food for thought about how you will benefit from mentoring:

Want to know more about how a mentor can help your business?  We are now offering short workshops that will increase your understanding and enhance the benefit you and your business can gain from mentoring.  Follow this link for details of our next workshop.
