Step Ahead’s proprietor, Carol Hall, is a Licentiate member of the CIPD; Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the Institute for Learning.  Qualifications in Human resource development, a number of years experience in co-ordination and delivery of skill-based leadership training and on management committees, as well as nearly 3 years experience mentoring small and start up businesses provide a solid and wide ranging foundation for the expertise and inspiration Step Ahead aims to deliver.

Being a Parent Governor for 8 years and Section Leader within the Scouting Movement, since 2004, provide a significant variety of insights into how best to interact with individuals of all age groups and backgrounds.  

Carol has helped many people to identify and achieve their own personal development.  She is an intuitive person who has a well honed ability to challenge and support individuals, enabling them to build on their own personal development, as well as encouraging practical use of communication and team building tools for greater team and committee effectiveness, and has worked with adults with special learning needs.  She has strong communication skills and is able to use these to excellent effect with a wide variety of personalities.
